Those notorious showers have certainly brought us spring flowers – from the tulips sprouting in our gardens to the many other things blooming around us. This spring, we have had the pleasure of partaking in various festivities celebrating new beginnings, new careers and new babies (one shower even celebrated the growth of the female parts intended to feed those new babies – have you ever seen a princess crown adorned with nipples? These same hostesses also presented a backyard tree to be planted to grow alongside the baby – what silly and thoughtful ladies!). As spring and the year itself continue to blossom, take any and all opportunities to celebrate events expected and unexpected, gatherings formal and last-minute, milestones of all shapes and sizes. Embrace the changes that life presents to you and your loved ones! In the last issue, the Bear Court Babes told of their variety of celebrations – in this issue, you'll find some ideas on partying with your furry friends. Let us know how your good times roll!
Connie & Carmen
We felt the need for a first-class publication about the everyday woman in Fort Collins who does incredible things on a daily basis with few knowing the details - we discovered the niche was unclaimed. Connie Hanrahan has successfully marketed businesses for over 20 years in the Fort Collins area and decided to create a product targeted 100 percent at women for women and about women. Carmen Ruyle Hardy has over 10 years experience as a graphic designer in the Fort Collins area and didn't hesitate to jump on board!
